Havent haf my dogs groomed since last year, they were professional and the cuts looked great!
I booked our dog's appointment based on the reviews I read. I dropped him off this morning and everyone greeted him and gave him love pats to make him more comfortable. I felt completely at ease leaving him there. When my husband picked him up he immediately sent a text saying how wonderful Oreo looked and commented on the staff. We will definitely be making a standing appointment with them!
Best groomers in town! We've gone here for years now after having very bad experiences at some of the best rated salons. I'm never disappointed and the services are so afforable. I know my babies are in great hands here.
I used to love this groomer, however the last time I took my dog in was a different story. When they called to tell me she was almost ready, I could hear my dog screaming in the background and someone yelling "stop stop stop SHUT UP. " When I arrived, I hear a groomer in the back yelling "shut the F up" and "no no no no no! " the regular groomer up front looked embarrassed but offered no explanation. They brought my dog out TERRIFIED. My dog usually doesn't really mind grooming, but this really bothered me. I wouldn't leave my human children at a place where someone yells like that, and I won't leave my fuzzy children there anymore either.
I was very nervous trying to find the right groomers for my boy's first hair cut. I have a 5 month old schnauzer and they did such a good job with him. Just the way i wanted it to look and no cuts or nicks. My mom takes her schnauzers to resas but i showed her pics and now she is switching. Also very reasonable prices. And the ladies were very nice and welcoming. Never taking him anywhere else.
