The packers were outstanding. A couple of wine glasses were broken. EXPECTED. HOWEVER, they did not pack all of the items on the truck. MISSING: (1) PART OF AN ANTIQUE CLOCK FROM THE LATE 1800 TO EARLY 1900. NOW THE CLOCK IS WORTHLESS; (2) A Christmas village (lighted) is missing. Was a Christmas gift to my wife from her children (Price I do not know); (3) Other misc items were missing but I had no inventory of these items; (4) Was quoted one price for shipment of 76 Pontiac GP - driver for delivery company refused CASHIERS CHECK because it was made out to United for the quoted price. Check with United (Armstrong) of Lubbock, Texas and was quoted another price. So made check out to United and sent to proper address. THEN recvd a billing from the difference and the two quoted prices. TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE AS THE SAYING GOES; HOWEVER, THERE SEEMS LIKE THER SHOULD BE MORE/LESS HEADS INVOLVED TO GET THE PROPER INFORMATION.
