I was completely disappointed with how my move went. They disassembled furniture to the individual screw level and used a pry bar throughout the disassembly. Once it was unloaded off the truck they refused to reassemble; per the contract. We had pictures where the glass was shattered and the photos underneath were ruined. I cannot stress enough to consider all options before choosing Hart Moving and Storage, you will appreciate it later.
The folks at Hart Moving & Storage made my move a stress-free experience. They were super friendly throughout the entire process, and the actual move was quick and thorough. Perhaps the most impressive part of the move was they managed to get my large, three-sided desk up a narrow spiral staircase. I rarely leave reviews on anything, but my experience with Hart Moving & Storage was so positive, and the value of their service so great, that I felt compelled to share.

I can't say enough good things about Hart moving. Jeremy came to the house and sat down with me and gave me a very detailed but easy to understand estimate and moving options. The office staff called me the day before to reconfirm and to make sure everything was a go. The moving crew then called the very next morning and let me know they were on their way. The crew was professional, polite, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home. They went far and above to meet our needs and made our move very smooth and hassle free.
