The movers are right there in exactly on time and they were billing by the hour and they did not overcharge at all and it was very reasonable.. they were careful with all the items moved and very courteous to all involved definitely recommend using them again this is actually our third time using them
I called just to get info and prices on moving and the lady who answered the phone was so incredibly rude. I told her I didn't know the questions to ask as I've never used a moving service before and she treated me so rudely. I pretty much had to hang up on her.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the job these guys did. I wasn't sure if a moving company would take care of my stuff with the same kind of attention that I would, but the professionals here really know their stuff! Glad I got them to do the heavy lifting!
I have used 4 other moving services in the past and have used Byron Cowling 3 times. Without a doubt they are the best ones around. They are prompt, careful with all my things (including a large piano), and the are very professional and fast. Will ONLY use them.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company. They over charged us, and then left their things at my house for me to go back and grab them and didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience! We will NEVER use this company again. The owner was extremely argumentative, wasn't at all trying to give customer satisfaction. Do not give this company your hard earned money, they are lucky to be getting one star.
After just my phone experience and just reading the other reviews I'm Glad I didn't waste my money on them.
