I work for a local business and Don's flower shop brought us a complimentary arrangement that was absolutely gorgeous! We have now been ordering one every week and haven't been disappointed! They use high quality flowers and definitely give you your money's worth! Exceptional job!
The WORST customer service I have experienced. Answering service took the order for a funeral arrangement, then they were unable to fulfill the order. They invented an excuse which we verified to be false after contacting the church directly. Refused to take any responsibility for their answering service making promises that they couldn't keep. Then they told us they would DELETE any negative reviews. No empathy, no apologies, no desire to please the customer. No comprehension that we are preparing for a FUNERAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Folks at Don's - if you're reading this I DARE you to try to have it removed.

VERY BAD!!!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS. I placed an order with them the night before my sisters birthday, I left a note on the order to "...please call early..." because I knew that she might leave town. So, they did not call her and left the flowers with her neighbor. When she called them to ask them why they would do such a thing and expressed her feelings about the possibility of being at risk picking her flowers up with someone she didn't know, THEY CUSSED AT HER! She told them that she would not do business with them and they said "Good, we don't want your business." So, I will be finding another florist to do business with and I think you might do better yourself.
Didn't deliver when requested and didn't receive the plant that was ordered. Never received a phone call to tell me that they didn't have the plant that was ordered just took it opon themselves to decide which plant they wanted to send us. Total BS company. And when I called to request a refund I just was referred to a 800 number and didn't even get a apology
I was sent flowers from Don's for my birthday and was not home when they tried to deliver. Instead of calling and setting up another time to deliver, they decided to leave my flowers with my neighbors, who are strangers because I am fairly new to the area. When I called the store to find out why they would leave my flowers with someone else, he started using fowl language with me and told me he didn't need my business. He also offered no solution to fix my problem. Also when I finally was able to get the flowers from my neighbor, they put the flowers in a basket unlined so it was ruined from all the water and was leaking.
