Placed my order over the phone when I was out of town. Same day delivery, great customer service! Went above and beyond what they needed to. My friend sent me pics of the great arrangement 3 weeks later and still going strong!
Originally they seemed quite good until I received a call that they were told my friend was not at the funeral home! Apparently the funeral home had newer people that didn't have an updated list, so they thought we had the wrong funeral home. Once things were sorted and it was verified that my friend was there, I called the florist so the flowers could be sent. I thought they had the arrangement ready and just needed a delivery address. Instead they hadn't even started on the arrangement and were about to close!! Their response was we couldn't make the order if we didn't even know where the body was!! I was the customer .... I asked and placed the order .....they took it upon themselves to not make it!! I almost did not find another place to make a flower arrangement for my friend's family!

I ordered a "Christmas Dozen" for my sweetie this morning at 9am. They were delivered before 11am. I have not stopped getting texts and photos of this beautiful arrangement of roses since they arrived at my Wife's work place. Amazing!! So happy with this experience!! I called to order a birthday arrangement to be delivered later that day and spoke to Pam who was SO nice and SO helpful! She asked what colors I wanted, what kind of flowers, and when I told her other than red, I didn't know what to ask for, she told me not to worry, they would put together something beautiful! Two hours later the birthday girl calls RAVING about how beautiful her flowers were! She was moved to tears by how gorgeous the arrangement was and even though she herself is a flower person, she said there were SO many different types of flowers in her arrangement, she didn't even know all their names! I am so incredibly happy with 'Box of Rain Floral' and will absolutely beyond a doubt use them again and recommend them to everyone I know! Great job guys!!
