This is an amazing floral shop!!! The owner and staff are great and ready and willing to help with anything you need. Their creativity is next to none and beautiful. The Orange and yellow circus rose has lasted a month or better. Still smells great. If you have any floral needs for any occasion this is definitely the place to come.
I have used Devault Floral several times in the last year to send flowers. They have excelled beyond my expectation EVERY TIME! I've been specific saying things like, "I want something non-traditional, exotic, Asian themed" (all kinds of crazy adjectives), and they have consistently nailed it. They text me a picture of the finished product so I can see what the end result is and make changes or start from scratch if I so choose. But I've never had to make any changes. The employees are always personable and fun to work with. The enjoy making people happy which is HUGE to me. There is an evident passion and love in their work! I always get to speak directly to the person making my order and we always laugh and come to a culmination of creativity and agreement we are both excited about. My last arrangement was done by Kambrey, she rocks! I would recommend Devault to anyone, it's just all around a great business.
I called a day prior to my parents 50th anniversary. Devault was AMAZING to work with as we established a price and the only guideline I gave was that I wanted the king and queens of hearts cards used in the arrangement, as my parents are avid Bridge players. The designers took over from there, and went above and beyond to special order the perfect vase and go out to purchase a deck of cards. The day of delivery they texted me a photo as I live in St. Louis, and they were accommodating with last minute changes to delivery location. All in all, a wonderful experience and my mom said they received so many compliments on the arrangement. Thank you, Devault!!!
Great place! I have ordered flowers from this place 3 times and have had excellent customer service every time. Even though I live 100 miles from Lubbock I would recommend them to anyone. Appreciate all you ladies and especially (Tori) the almost boss lady!
I do not live in Lubbock and was seeking to send birthday flowers to a relative that resides there. My goal was to spend around $40. I called three different florists, and all had a $50 minimum for delivery, plus a $10 delivery fee. When I was ready to throw in the towel, I called Devault. They were incredibly friendly and warm on the phone. They told me I could name my price to either include a $10 delivery fee or I could add on the fee. What great service! To top it off, the person I spoke with let me in on a special that included a gift with the bouquet for no extra charge. It was a short and sweet phone call. I know my loved one will love their flowers!
