My daughters wedding cake destroyed while transporting to venue. I had seen and tasted the wedding cakes at a previous wedding. I took a chance and a prayer and your bakery did an amazing job. They pulled together and made a beautiful and delicious cake within a few hours. I can't say thank you enough to the wonderful women you have working in that department. No more tears just smiles after leaving your store. Great job on the staffing and customer service at your new store. They all deserve a raise
Everything is pretty easy to find, nice and clean, employees not to friendly. Long long lines. Needs more cashiers.. Only a few lines open. So many registers yet no employees to work them. Walmart always has long lines. I work at a convenient store and people always tell me how they would rather pay more money for things they need then have to deal with the lines at Walmart.
This location had my fabric in stock when 2 of the other locations that carry it have not had it in stock for 3 weeks straight! They also still have a full fabric department! The other 2 do not. The door greeters actually greet you cheerily here! Employees make eye contact and are genuinely concerned when you ask them for help! I only had trouble getting someone to come to the fabric department. Many employees paged and looked for someone until the Asst Manager himself came over to help even though I could hear he was being paged several times for other things. Even though I don't have convenient transportation to this location I absolutely will walk the 3.5 miles from home to get my special arts and crafts needs from them! I know they will be in stock and genuinely helpful!
I live off of 34th and Orlando, and i drive all the way over to 114th because its cleaner! Usually all Walmart's here in Lubbock have wonder customer service. :-)
We brought proof that an item was cheaper online as well as the item in store for a comparison. We asked them to honor the price match guarantee and they told us they couldn't adjust the price because it was "made by a different company". They simply didn't want to do the extra work to honor the guarantee. Besides, you can find half the things there cheaper online at any site. DO NOT SHOP if you are looking for employees who are willing to do their job.
