My purchase was supposed to arrive on a Wednesday (right before I was to leave town for two weeks). Did not arrive Wednesday and tracking info showed that USPS never received the item... Sears chat seemed helpful, said the item would be there in 24 hours. Also gave me the number of the marketplace seller to call if needed. 24 hours later... still no item. I called the number- it rang and rang with no voicemail. I used Sears chat again, this time with the individual saying it would arrive by Saturday and I quote "rest assured." Saturday came, no package. I am now out of town- never received the item. Will absolutely never use Sears Online again and am telling everyone I know... Again, still have not received my item which cost over $300!!!
Good services and good prices on the appliances. They work with you and try to give you discounts if they can. Terry, and Barry from the refrigerator section helped us in selecting a refrigerator and they were very nice in giving us some discounts. Because of their good services, we will go back to Sears and shop there.
It's sad to see a retail giants like Sears slowly fading into oblivion. Still a place to stop in for decent sales, especially if you need to buy some new clothes, a lawnmower and power tools all in one trip.

Sears always has a great selection of wrist watches for men and this visit was no different. I found what I wanted and even more as they were having a terrific jewelry sale. Very happy with my visit and purchase.
So happy with the service I got! Bought a washer and dryer. It was delivered the same week. Salesmen were very sweet and delivery drivers were on time and extremely friendly !
