Only Kohl’s store in Lubbock. They have few items for selection but they don’t carry most of the good brands. The brands they have are expensive. You can buy online and pick up in store. This Black Friday was too crowded. The checkout line was about 1 and half hours long. Not a good solution for customers who want to go for more shopping.
Never get help with anything, except for the jewelry counter. The bras are a mess. You always wind up taking stuff back. Never any help.....Frustrating
Looking for a pair of black slacks and didn't have my size and when I tried on they didn't fit and I tried 6 different sizes. They all fit really small I normally were a 10 and I couldn't fit into a 18. Small fit clothing other than that I never have an issue with shirts or anything else just there pants.
A thrift store is more organized. When we asked for a specific advertised item we were told that we were just going to have to search for it.
We wanted red towels and we found what we wanted. Also, men's thin pajama pants with pockets. Can't find them any where else in town!!! Love Kohl's!!!
