Their office is out of network, but because I receive such excellent care the extra cost is worth that! Trust me on that!
And as an added bonus you can get your hands dipped in the wax stuff that makes your hands so soft. ( sorry the name of it went blank)
Dr. Hancock is always so sweet and considerate and a very personable dentist. He has excellent bedside manner. Dr. Hancock always thinks of the patient first before his pocketbook.
Since childhood I have feared going to the dentist because of pain. However, I can truly say that Harkins & Hancock Dentistry eliminated that fear. I have had extensive dental work done there WITHOUT pain. Yippee!
I LOVE both my dental hygienist, Chrissy and dentist Dr. Hancock! Chrissy is the FIRST hygienist to ever really explain and show me how to properly floss my teeth. I know that sounds like a silly thing, but for decades I have been doing wrong. She also showed me how to improve my gum health. I was developing gum pockets. Chrissy showed me how to massage the area with my toothbrush to give it a little extra care while I am massage my gums. She also put me on a rinse series. ( this is where you use 3 to 4 different mouthwashes ) sounds like a lot, but my dental hygiene has never been better!
I only know of a few places, very few that the entire staff is friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel special!! The
Dr. Hancock, Dr. Harkins dentistry I have never felt like I've been in such good hands before. I highly recommend them to anybody that takes their dental hygiene seriously. And even for those that don't, they will get you on the right track.
in-depth checkups, cleanings, x-rays and everything else they do are beyond anything I have ever had done to my teeth. I recommend them to all of my family and friends!
Everyone in this practice is awesome. From office staff, dental assistants, dental hygienist to the doctors! Dr, Hancock and Maura are my personal favorites. I lived in Lubbock for several years. Now, I live in Dallas and drive to Lubbock every three month just for their expert care. That's how great they really are. Truly one of a kind practice that deserves 10 stars, in my book.
