Nice staff and everything, but when you take a bus to there with a flat tire bike and expecting to get a new tube INSTALLED and they say that they can't because there are a lot of other orders that's when it is frustrating. Like seriously! Yes, I can watch a YouTube video and install it myself in 5 minutes, but when I take my bike to a bus 50 blocks down to the ONLY bike shop in this town I expect the whole work to be done in 5 minutes. Otherwise, I can order a cheaper tube from online and not bother even going there!
Good quality products, but every time I go in and try to get supplies to do more than just very minor repairs I'm always greeted with bad attitudes as to suggest that I can't do it myself. The owner almost always tries to sell you things that you don't need as well. For example, I was converting my tires to tubeless and when I brought in a "non tubeless compatible" wheel they said it couldn't be done and I would have to buy new wheels. After frustration with that answer, I went home and did it myself and they lost my business.
Purchased 3 bikes this year from the shop. Have had a wonderful first time road bike experience as a result. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff and great brand name bikes. I would highly recommend.
This place is amazing! Great service, great prices. Also, our car died while we were there and one of the employees came and jumped it for us.
