Only 1 older gentleman came outside as I looked at the used bikes, we talked about the stage 1 air induction. I thought he was a customer. I then went inside, no salesman even acknowledged my presence. This is not the 1st time this happens. The only person that greeted me was a partsman named "Ariel", I give him kudos...
1st time in the store and was greeted by mr Tony, he gave me the grand tour, very professional and knowledgeable, was very polite to my 12 yr old son, we did not purchase a bike today but when I do I’m going back to mr Tony, thank you sir for a very nice tour of the store and being patient with me and my son

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable people that are not pushy tring to find the right bike for you and your budget. As a first-time bike buyer, I wasn't treated like an idiot I was given all the necessary information to make a wise purchase.

Dropped into get a replacement headset cord and baggage net while traveling from Dallas, Texas to San Diego. All staff members were very friendly and helpf and went out of their way to locate what we needed. A special shout out to Clint for going over and above necessary. Great Experience. Great Folks!
