The store is wonderful and well organized. Ashley and Jennifer were helpful, friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. Cell phones were demonstrated, and all questions were answered. I left very happy. They are bilingual. Customer service is wonderful. Also, the store smells fresh and clean. We were very pleased. Stay away from 19th Street Boost. They are much more professional at this store.

Very unprofessional customer service. The woman who works there did not know how to actually speak to someone through they number they provide you with. The number you call is only automated. Said I had to go in the store and she could let me talk to someone through the number she calls. I have terminated my services with Boost for good. Good luck to everyone who has this poor service. Also not being able to surf the web while on the phone gets old. Very happy with my new company! I would choose no stars if it let me
