If I could give less, I would. Horrible horrible experiences. Yes, more than one. I'm pretty forgiving and all but common 7.5 YEARS?!? this problem should have been fixed long ago. Get it together people. I'll recommend using a fox before UPS anytime.
Packages couldn't be delivered to my work because the main door being locked, ok I can understand that. I went to see if I could pick them up, apparently they are in a "receiving bin" with hundreds of other packages. They are school books that I need on the 9th. Come on, deliver me my packages!

They were really friendly and helpful. However, a shipment that was supposed to arrive at 7.30pm wasn't there even at 8.30pm, and it wouldn't be there even at 11pm, which is after the west end of the building (where you can have late pickups) closes. So it is a bit inconvenient, yet it is a difficult job and I understand. Overall, great people!
Run around. Tell you to be there at a certain time, then when you arrive tell you to come back in a hour or more.
