Overall I'm happy with this store. They have a good selection with good prices. My only complaint is I can never find a staff member to help when I need them and the lines are always very long. Other than that I have enjoyed shopping here.
I am honestly not that impressed with Michaels. I feel it's more expensive than Hobby Lobby but the items are lower quality and are cheaply made. The people who work there are nice but Hobby Lobby definitely has better customer service. The only thing Michaels really has going for them is their hours are better and they're open on Sunday.
Very meh. Nothing really spectacular, small store, small selection, and very cramped to move in. Staff was friendly though.
Excellent! The person in the Custom Frames section was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The quality of the work was also impressive.
