Staff is super friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. Their prices are competitive.
They can't beat online prices, but no physical store can - supporting local businesses is worth the extra cost. The people who work here are incredibly friendly, and if the store isn't too busy, they'll teach you new games for free. It's well organized, and while I agree that the building is getting a bit run down, it still seems plenty clean to me.
