We walked into the not at all busy store, with our two children in tow, waited approximately 10 minutes & decided to leave. As we were walking away we were approached by an employee. Our 3 year old had already picked him out a pair of shoes he really liked & so we asked her for his size. She returned with a box and all but threw it at us & walked away. We unpackaged, laced & fitted our son with the shoes he loved. We went to pay & asked about the complete lack of service & were told that was how they did it there. We only bought the one pair of shoes, would have bought our 1 year old a pair but at that point refused to give them any more of our business. FYI we have 6 children & buy lots of shoes on a yearly basis but I can assure you it will not ever be from this store!!
