Tarik spent about 45 minutes with me going over the pros and cons of 5 different pairs of shoes. We talked about features and how each would support my stride. I never felt rushed or pressured to pick. Amazing customer service. I'll absolutely shop here again.
They were so incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect shoe to really get some running done. I even was able to get rid of my inserts. I will definitely be back for my next pair.
I only went here because they have great shoes but every time I go they treat their customers with disrespect.
Need training on people skills. They have great shoes for the person that works out or just wants good shoes. But the manager we dealt with ranted on and on about his past experiences with people bringing back shoes. We didn't talk about bringing back shoes and his attitude was disrespectful. The woman that cashed us out asked who helped me and I tried to explain but she too was very disrespectful.
If you're a runner, or even just on your feet a lot, this is the place to go! They take however long it takes with every customer to analyze your stride and talk about your walking or running habits and find the best shoe for you. FYI, that's not always the most expensive as you might think. They match the shoe to you, even if it's a cheaper model.
First visit and was not disappointed. Manager Angela and Geoffrey were awesome. They made sure my son had the shoe that fit his needs. I did not feel rushed and they explained everything and more. Thank you guys so much.
I won't go back. I would rather order online from people that don't can't treat educated people like a jerk.
