Petty cool place, just wish you could take pictures its just not the same trying to remember things after you get home.

This is a wonderful museum and really helps to shine light on what a amazingly powerful impact Buddy Holly had for only an 18 month professional career. The museum, while it doesn't allow pictures, has a tremendous amount of artifacts and is a must for any rock fan visiting the area. Reasonably priced entrance fee and it is self guided. A must stop for the Lubbock Area!

I was brought up on the music of Buddy and Elvis. Singing / recording their music on reel to reel and playing(attempting to play!) those stunning riffs with my dad in the kitchen..or 'little room' as it was known back then.Visiting the centre and the Holly family grave was something I had to do.A totally unforgettable experience and I can say ' I've been there'.A beautiful place .Worth the 12 hour return drive from Dallas!

As a fan of Buddy Holly, it was amazing to see his glasses and guitar used when performing. Definitely worth the 4 hour drive

It's Historic so it gets a three for that. It was closed when I arrived.
