Very long wait times for a fast food place

I was stuck in line for 45 minutes, they gave me like five fire sauces, and my food tasted like it was old.
No 6inch tortillas, no flat bread, no fire sauce. Asked for a taco 12 pack all soft tacos and was told they couldn't make them due to not having tortillas. Then we got to the window and the staff was laughing because customers were driving off.. terrible service took about 35 minutes to get food all together.
Delicious Beef Quesarito. Good price too.
