ABSOLUTELY love this place!! The food is fresh and cooked perfectly!! The staff is not only friendly and helpful but they are actually HAPPY AND ENJOYING THEIR WORK AND TAKE PRIDE IN THE POSITIVE AND ENERGETIC ENERGY THEY SHARE WITH ASK THAT CROSS THE THRESHOLD OF THIS RETRO/URBAN EATERY!! They are AWESOME!! Oh! the fries, the best I've ever eaten in my life and I'm somewhat of a fry connosuier.. Hand down an awesome place to visit.. It was just by chance we ate here, but if was a wonderful surprise and will be a place we visit every time we visit Lubbock, Texas..
I love Five Guys' burgers and fries. This is one place where I can get a burger without a bun and not have them question it; this is important to me since I am now on a carbohydrate-restricted diet. The burgers are juicy without being greasy. The fries are always crispy outside and tender inside. HIGHLY recommended
