They have a wonderful staff and are always courteous, but although I am on a policy with my entire family and have been for 5+ years and none of us have had even a ticket, let alone a wreck, our monthly premium continues to rise. When I asked why, their answer is all of the other drivers that have wrecked are causing everyone's to rise..... um.... what??!! Very sad that you can stay loyal to a company and never have any faults on your end yet still have to pay the price :(
