I used to be a customer of their's. The older lady with the tattoos was not listening to me, wouldn't answer my questions or anything, she just stayed there staring at the computer screen. She decided to be ugly and we almost got into a fight there in the office! I mean who should be working in that office with an attitude like that. The other employee next to us didnt do anything to correct her or anything either. since that day I will never go back to budget insurance. That lady needed to be fired for how she handled the situation!
I have called all around town and Budget had the best price I could find. The agents were super friendly and knowledgeable.
