I completely disagree with the other reviews! The staff at Fireplaces Unlimited is very helpful and friendly. They listened to everything that I needed and provided very knowledgeable advice. I have purchased a fireplace for my new home, a grill, and patio furniture from them. I definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

I agree with the other reviews that the employees here are extremely rude. I tried to go to them with a project and they were unhelpful and argumentative. I will be searching for my products online.
I have visited this location several times trying to decide what to do with our NG fireplace. On both occasion when I spoke to a representative there, I felt like not only was I the dumbest person on Earth, but that I was also unworthy of their time. The customer service here is terrible and I will be going online to purchase the items I need to convert my NG fireplace to a fire glass set-up. It's a shame when you're force to go on-line because the people are so rude locally. What happened to Texas hospitality? It's not present in this store...
I have never had to purchase a fireplace door. I purchased several items from Fireplace Unlimited and had to wait 2 weeks longs than i was originally told. I spent a hefty amount of money and received below par service and results. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Non-one seems to care about the customer. Extremely rude people without any knowledge on how to provide service to a customer. If i owned this place i would fire everyone and start fresh. Horrible experience!
