Romy Lopez, was my stylist. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Usually try to set up appointments with him but even if I don’t he can squeeze me in, and he takes care of me. Asks what I want and also specializes in what products I should use for my hair!!!!! Usually he saves me a lot of money by just doing a bundle for my cut, shampoo, and eye brows waxed. I’d def recommend going to see Romy.
They have NO idea what they're doing. Came in for a simple trim and some bangs and she completely damaged my hair with all the heat from the blow dryer and straightener. The hairdresser put the blow dryer right on my scalp and was brushing so hard that my scalp hurt for 3 days after that. I felt like if I even pulled on my hair the slightest that it would break. My hair dresser also cut my hair so bad. I have a super short piece on the other side of my head. (Not where the bangs are) It looks ridiculous. How hard is it to give someone a trim and bangs? Also, she could barely speak English which made it super hard for her to communicate with me. She even got her phone out to type something in google translate...
Regis is under new management now, by Dusin LeDezma and let me tell you, it was an AMAZING experience. Dustin was actually the one to do my hair and I absolutely love it!!! He is very knowledgeable about what is and isn't healthy for your hair at the time so you will never have to worry about not getting what you want or having fried hair! If you want a hair dresser that will listen to you and be open for just about anything, Dustin is your guy and Regis is your salon!!! :)
If you need to get your hair cut or styled go to regis ask for Daniel! He is awesome just got my haircut and he did amazing!
I have gone to this salon a couple times and it was a terrible experience. I asked for a four inch trim and she didn't understand that I DO NOT put heat on my hair (she wanted my hair straightened, but my hair is naturally straight). Which she tried to do twice! She had such a hard accent that I could not understand her. She went to get another coworker because I refused to have her straighten my hair. I explained to him what I wanted and I told him that I'm just going to leave. He rolled his eyes at me and said, "whatever." Therefore, the customer service was extremely terrible. They cannot cut hair however you would like it, but how they know/want to cut it.
