They close their doors before 10 and will refuse to let people in. They have young employees at the doors refusing customers. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. According to the young employee they were told management instructed them to turn people away, but when asked to speak to a manager, manager was unavailable. It's very inconvenient to have hours listed on door and website but don't go by those hours. As being a neighborhood store they should be considerate to stay open to last minute customers in the neighborhood.
Love love love this store!!! Its great and employees are nice and helpful if you can't find some thing. Just yesterday I met the sweetest lady her name tag said Eileen. She helped me with finding what I needed and she has a wonderful personality and made my day that much brighter after speaking with her. Thank you for always providing the best service food king!!
Just love food King prices. And the workers are ferindly and help full. I live in New Mexico but I have family here in Lubbock Texas. Save money just to come to Food King .
