Terrible service. The store was 85 degrees at least. Prices are much higher than any other convenience store in the area. Cashier was rude. Cc machine wasn't attached to the counter. Reeked of perfume. Gas prices are 10 cents above the average in Lubbock. I'll never go back. Terrible, and I used to love that store before it was bought out.
One star because I can't give zero. My daughter, who is 13, was told that she wears too much make up by the clerk. He then asked her how old she was and if her parents knew she dressed like that when she went out of the house. I put an email into customer relations, no response as of yet. None of the phone numbers are working to the stores.
Easy access. Credit/Debit 24/7. Usually busy. Often enough so you may have to wait 3-5 mins for a empty pump location. That's really not an issue w/me, because of the fuel price - usually w/in 1-3¢ of Murphy's or Boltons. My reason for only 3 stars is the fuel quality. It contains up to 10% ethonal, which is a total downfall. Ethonal blend is terribly hard on small engines (lawn mowers, motorcycles, utv's, etc), and cost fuel mileage of 1-5mpg in nearly all vehicles. There is no reason to sell it to start with. If they must sell the trash then they should also offer regular gasoline. Other than that I'd consider it a good store.
