Love this place. Good is ALWAYS amazing. It is kind of pricey but worth it for bbq!
I've always enjoyed Rudy's and I eat there at least 3 times/month but today's visit was not up to standards. My order of "extra lean" brisket was nothing like previous visits. The brisket was untrimmed with 60% fat and 40% meat. I should have sent it back.
I recently moved to Lubbock from Wisconsin, and NOBODY makes proper brisket there. Rudy's is the first place in 20 years my mother has had brisket with the burnt bark and smoke ring. My boyfriend is now also obsessed with brisket. 5/5 highly recommended. Don't go through the drive thru without expecting a 20 minute wait.

Not the best bbq in town. Not the best breakfast tacos in town. However the best bbq breakfast tacos and great price. And dang good buttermilk pie.
AAAAAAA******** Good service great food. Including the Creamy Corn. So was the rest of the food. We will be back.
