In and out! Love it!
Great doctor. Hardly ever a wait. When I call his office, he gets on the phone and addresses my concerns rather than communicating them through his receptionist. I feel cared for when I'm there.
I do agree that you get in and out at Dr. Porto's office but in no way has he ever made me feel rushed or said didn't care about my concerns. If I'm having difficulties, he's always willing to chat with me to help resolve the issues. Once, he changed my medication to a very expensive med and even took the time to call around to pharmacies to find me the best price. He's top notch in my book. He's had hardships of his own and will share those with you to let you know he understands everything you're going through.... Give him a chance, go in and let him know you'd like a visit and not just a prescription and he'll be more than willing to help.
