This was my first office visit to Jay Bradley's office. I wanted to find another eye doctor, because mine had moved. I told them that I hadn't seen a doctor in two years for my eyes and that I seem to struggle with my progressive reading . They went through the normal questions and then they had me to put my glasses on, which I could read the letters but had to struggle with the 20-20 ones. They said all was good and dilated my eyes for the rest of the exam. After it was all done I called back within an hour after I left his office and complained about the way they didn't even check my sight through the instruments, They said if you can see 20-20 with glasses on that is good enough, even after I told them I was struggling with the letters. The assistant for Dr. Bradley said she understood and to come back two days later to allow my dilated eyes to return to normal. By my surprise Dr. Bradley charged me for another office visit, when his assistant said they would redo it. Just an FYI, what you tell them doesn't seem to sink in and Dr. Bradley comes in and out so fast that you feel like you are just a number.
