I am very pleased with the care I received. Dr. Pershall and his staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. I needed to see him before I could have surgery and his office got me in within 2 day. Definitely would recommend Dr. Pershall.
Probably the worst ENT in Lubbock, he completely misdiagnosed me. After seeing Dr. Cordero I was properly diagnosed and referred to a Neurotologist in Fort Worth. Now, due to staff incompetence on a diagnosis code they are billing me for services my insurance is more than willing to pay for. Go to Dr. Cordero and save yourself the problems.
I went to him 3 years ago for a sinus infection turned out I had a staph infection. His office and nursing staff are great and helpful. He diagnosed me right off and the infection was cleared up in 6 months. He is a great doctor. Would recommend to anyone.
Great Dr.! Awesome staff! He is my 9 year old daughters doctor and we both love him. The gentleman who works at front desk is always so friendly and welcoming, same with the nurses. Dr. Pershall always takes his time to explain treatment plan and will personally call his patients to check up on them.
Came to Dr Pershall's as a result of a referral from my daughter's pediatrician. His staff was pleasant and his nurse Carroll was very nice to my daughter. He was thorough in explaining his procedure to a 7 year old so she could understand, and also what to do and not to do. He joked with me, and overall was very nice. I'm not sure about regular patients, but for removing objects from ears, he was perfect. Thank you.
