Customer Service is horrible so far. Phones were down last month and there was not alternate number left with the answering service to call. I live all the way in Midland and could not confirm my son's appointment. Today when I called, they never answered the phone until 10:00 am. When I told them I had been calling, again trying to confirm an appointment, never apologized and said they were in a meeting. I have never known any business; especially a doctor's office that did not delegated any one to answer their phone during an "office meeting". If I hadn't had been referred here by our pediatrician; I definitely would not be going!
