Would not recommend to anyone at all. My first phone call to the office was answered by a terrabaly rude person and for that reason I will definitely not be coming back at all. Dr is OK but the wait and the service is just not worth it, at all.
I am the managed care coordinator for a clinic, I will never refer again to this office. It is literally impossible to get a report back once the patient has seen the doctor. It took a month for them to let me know that my patient no showed their appointment.
This doctor's office staff has been nothing but rude and completely unprofessional. They regularly misplace my file. They gave me the wrong medication because they failed to check my file. I had to call them and inform them of the mix up. They leave voicemail for me all weekend to call them first thing Monday morning, but the nurse you're required to speak with does not start work until 5:30PM. They refuse to allow you to speak to the doctor when you request that he call you when he might have time. They will talk over you and cut you off when you try to explain your concerns. They answer the phone smacking their lips while eating lunch. They are truly very unprofessional and I'm appalled that the doctor allows his staff to treat his patience in such a manner. The doctor himself was kind enough to allow me to pick up samples while I tested to see if the medication worked for me. That is the single positive I have to say. I will start looking for another doctor who requires his staff to treat his patience with respect.
I've never been called back from the waiting room in less than an hour, and then once I finally do get called back I have to wait another hour just for him to come into the room, it's ridiculous. If they can't get people in and out faster then need to begin calling people and saying they are backed up that way I don't show up at the designated time and wait to see the doctor for 2 1/2 hours. I'm currently in nursing school and don't have that much time out of my day to waste waiting.
I’ve had a great experience with this doctor and staff. Needed an endocrinologist and I’ve been really impressed. As an RN, I’m typically a bit more critical than the typical patient.
