I was there to pay for a ticket, so it was hardly a day at the beach. However, when I called ahead of time, Rosemary helped me on the phone. She was polite, friendly, and helpful. While paying, Amanda was my clerk. She explained all options and was wonderful. I have nice things to say about the employees.
