Amazing staff
Workers are horribly rude. Went to return some bras I had bought online but I didn't have the receipt. They told me that they had never seen those bras (they were the brand new bralettes) and that I most have just sewn the Pink label on to other bras, that somehow had the pink interior...
Definitely recommend going to Arie instead
I visited the store to return the items from my online order. (I didn't know my correct bra size since I have stopped breastfeeding). Jade measured me and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted! I have never shopped at VS before so I was clueless as to what style I wanted. When I explained why the underwire bras bother me, Jade advised me to try a Demi bra. She was right! Everyone was very kind (even when my son started getting restless) and patient to my questions. There were probably 3-4 other consumers in the store and everyone was being helped. I am not to sure what time of day everyone else has problems waiting in line, but at 12:15 on a Wednesday it was not bad. I will be back and Victoria secret has gained another client. Thank you!
A lot of the time cashiers are incredibly rude, never had a good experience there. The store also has constant lines, which I think means they are not very effective workers.
