We attended the Tech vs. ASU game and lost our rental keys while buying items from The Matador at the stadium. However, Stephanie, The Matador owner, was able to not only find out keys, but hand deliver them to the rental car facility so that we wouldn't be charged the $250 dollar replacement fee. STEPHANIE WE CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! You went out of your way to please a Customer and you've made a Customer for life! This is true Customer Service to the fullest. We will always buy from THE MATADOR! WRECK'EM TECH!
The Matador is an awesome store. The new location is beautiful and they have anything for Texas Tech apparel and novelties that you could ever need. I highly recommend!!
