I will never shop at Red Raider Outfitters again. My husband and I spent a lot of money there for Christmas this year. Their return policy is not reasonable. I needed to exchange a couple of shirts that I got for Christmas. When I went in they didn't have the shirts that I wanted in my size. I had my receipt, but because it was after 7 days they could not refund my money. They don't have store credit so that I could come back when they got the right sizes instead they sent me away with the shirts I needed to return to go to another store. BAD SERVICE~
This is my go to place for Tech gear. Regardless what anyone else says.
Manager or Owner walks right by you never says hi nor asks you if you need help. He is rude and most of the employees follow suit.
AWESOME STORE! Great Service. They literally have anything Texas Tech you could possibly want!
