It was HORRIBLE!! There was about 8 people working ONE LINE. NONE of them acknowledged me, didn't say, "I'll be right with you" NOTHING!! I was the only truck in the line for just a car wash!! The girl that was out there went behind me and serviced that vehicle!! I waited over 10 minutes JUST to pay. I finally became irritated and I took off!! I will NEVER come to this racer again!! Horrible customer service!!

I've tried 2 different locations multiple times, and both did a bad job. Paid $36 and had to re-clean the windows because of oily streaks. Water spots had dried all over the car that did not come off! Today tried it one more time. They took 2 cars before mine, but I was here first. I'm done.
We had to wait a while because the car wash was malfunctioning. My car didn't get very clean.
This wash is the best in lubbock, and even a better then some I've seen on the west coast. They pay attention to details and you never have to be afraid to get a little extra attention somewhere.
