This morning, on this day of wed October 25th I went through this wash and something in there scratched my paint in long horizontal steaks on both sides of my car. Even worse, my car did not even get clean! When I brought this to the managers attention he looked at my car and told me since there are other scraches on the vehicle he cant do anything about it, but if they were alone he could. These sctraches are disinctly different from the normal wear and tear scratches. They just happened and they were long streaks. Since the car was not cleaned the first time, he tells me that he will let me go back through. ARE YOU F***ING KIDDING ME, the man had the nerve to try to make me go back through the machine that scratched up my car in the first place. Noo. If you want a horrible wash and a damaged vehicle, by all means, visit this place!
Overpriced car wash for a decent job, most places come with the rain wash guarantee. You have to pay extra for that here. Spare yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Need attention to detail. I paid for hand dry and had streaks when I left.
Terrible. If you have a nice car, spare yourself. Do not come here. I purchased the $13 wash today and it was the same as the $8, none of the extra options came on during the wash. And when I roll out theres still soap all over my car, it's not even washed.. So many dirt spots leftover that I had to go clean myself. The machines also chipped a piece of my front bumper. Not coming here anymore.
Good place for a wash. Don't want your money on a hand dry! They do a poor job!
