I have to totally disagree with these reviews,, Jessica has been doing my hair for many years and has ALWAYS done a GREAT job, she is the best hairstylist I have found in Lubbock... Its sad when some people have to downgrade such a succesful buisness with Amazing girls that are always so nice to me every time I visit!!! Im sure that she did have you waiting cause shes ALWAYS BUSY and if she said your hair was fried IM SURE IT WAS...if you want to be cheap...go down the street.. :) p.s find a better hobby
I went over there and had an appointment and still had to wait an additional 45 minutes. and then i told her what i wanted and it seemed that she did what she wanted i told her i wanted more blonde through the back and she just did the touch up of the existing blonde.. then when we were done i told her i wanted more blonde and she said o thats a full head .. well if thats what it is then thats what i wanted.. how hard is it to understand that i wanted more blonde through the back.. well then i left and saw the blonde i wanted looked yellow and i tried to call and text to let her know and she never responded back to me.what kind of customer service is that making your clients wait and that was twice i have had that experiance about appointments time.. i wanted more of brighter almost white blonde.. i tried to stay with the same person that does my hair but i guess once again i will have to change... darn...
Jessica totally fried my hair !! I was annoyed at the fact that she tried to tell me that it was because my hair was not used to highlights that's why I had all the breakage. Seriously, don't bullshit me.
