I do not recommend them, whatsoever. They told me the wrong date for a massage appointment. Then called to tell me they would be charging me a 100% no show fee of $55!! I am not happy at all.
Plus, all they do when you come in, is hassle you to get a $65 membership that includes a "free" message once a month and anything else you have to pay $45. I don't want a membership, I want to be left alone and come in when I need a message. I will never use them again. It's a scam.
This has got to be the biggest scam running! $55 for an hour massage minus the 10 mins for chat and dressing...for the first visit then you have to pay $65 a month for membership which gets you one "free" massage a month anything past that is $45... why not pay $60 to start with and go to someone who doesn't require your bank account info before you meet the massage therapist? Scam!!!! Run!!!!
I love all the new changes in Lubbock. I was greeted promptly by a courteous staff and welcomed into a cozy environment where I could really relax and be pampered. Jodi was the attentive and listened to my wants and needs and made me feel very at home. The massage was wonderful! I WILL definitely be making this a regular occurrence!
Have been using this location for over a year now and always try to schedule with Justin. He is very professional and does a great job making sure that your massage is customized for you. Highly recommend him and overall pleased with staff.
Not a member but it was my first time in and I got an excellent massage from Nicole today! Very friendly staff and Nicole herself was super friendly and very professional and addressed every sore muscle in my body perfectly
