Good luck on getting a safety deposit box. There is only one woman who does it and she goes home early. I tried to get a message through to her through two bankers at this location. One sent her an email and another walked a message to her. She got at least one of my messages but didn't call me back. She said she had customers coming in all day. I had to go up there to see if she was in. I had really good service from the bankers, though.
ATMs out of service, Two tellers and along line to the lobby. Manager standing and just watching as teller flirts with a customer! Wish I banked, mortgaged, and used credit services else where. Left without making my deposit after standing in line watching the two flirt for over 10 minutes.
Never fails, Wells Fargo consistently fails in customer service.

Wells Fargo as a chain is the WORST bank you could ever use. After the incompetent tellers had repeatedly screwed up my transactions, i'm charged multiple overdraft fees and the manager over the phone says, "well i'm sorry you can't see it, we can't see it, so we gave you the money and then overdrafted you" -THREE TIMES. Not only that but this was after a teller had recently given me 300 extra dollars when cashing a check and as a good Samaritan I RETURNED IT. Apparently i'm supposed to be a good human being but they don't have to take responsibility for their screw-ups. WORST. I am closing my account and will NEVER bank with them again.
