Calling another United. They will setup over the phone without the need for the original card.

Totally not responsive to my needs. Had been to the pharmacy before. Presented my insurance cards to them. They say they do not have my Medicare card. I told them I just underwent surgery and could not drive. I wanted to fax my card to them. "That would look funny. I need to see the original card."

The young lady that waited on me Saturday was not thrilled to be there or to see me walk up! Not a friendly staff!!
