Great exotic pet store with healthy, well cared for animals, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and quality products. They have live feeder mice, which is very useful to me, as a snake owner.
I generally have great experience here and I’ve never had any issue with anyone else on there team. But one of the main staff members male, mid 20's, dark hair, and patches of facial hair, Has always been extremely rude and gives me the worst items they have for feeders. For fruit flys it's always a culture that hasn't even been started or one that's finished and is about to stop producing. For crickets it's always ones that are way to large and he claims it's all they have. Today I needed a medium rat for my snake. He brings out a rat about 3 inches long and charges me for a medium. I told him I've never been giving a medium rat that was even close to that size. but if he insists on a large then I will exchange for that. He then brings out a rat thats about 8 inches long and tells me they have nothing in between. He always makes me feel unwelcome and that Im getting ripped off.
Great little shop. Feel somewhat bad for the animals in their little walk through. They have such little habitats.
The staff are really great. They have a wide selection of animals, it’s really great.
I appreciate that apology. Just be sure people know the price before performing the service and charging them after. I really like this pet shop because it has Exotics and like I said I've never had a bad experiences until today. Thank y'all
