There really aren't any "good" parks inside Lubbock city limits. There is almost always a lot of litter, not unusual to see used condoms and spent needles. I feel uneasy taking my child to most if the city parks. Lubbock could have nice city parks, they really need to start writing citations for litter. Though litter citations would be just a starting point. Lubbock could be so much better in general if people cared a little more.
