I love this place.. .Unlimited refill on popcorn and drinks. No talking or crying kids... Just all around great experience. Its a great place for families to go. Service needs to be little faster but that is my only thing.
I can't believe I didn't know about this place. Accidentally stepped in this place because it was the latest movie playing in Lubbock. This is the only theater I will go to from this day on. I have not been that pleasantly surprised in a while. Thank You
Only complaint I have are the seats. They should have reclining seating with table tops. Other than that, food is excellent here. Service great. Movies always great.
I enjoy Alamo Drafthouse and I'm really digging the movie parties. The service is great but the food is expensive and slightly less than mediocre. I've never really had a significant complaint until recently. The Fight Club movie party was pathetic. No movie props for participation, no collectibles or memorabilia and the introduction was just over a minute and read from a card. It was just a regular showing and NOT a movie party. The greatest improvements you can make are to keep these movie parties on point and fun or don't present them as a movie party. Reduce your food prices a great deal or improve the quality. Both would be ideal.
If you want a better, more fun movie watching experience, Alamo Drafthouse is the way to go. Eat, drink, and watch a movie in the comfort away from your own home. Would enjoy a slightly wider seat since I like to cross my legs... but that's about the only thing I could think of as a critical comment.
