Yes it is very bad place to get things done. My son went to take his driver's test in a rented car the girl up front told him he couldn't take it in the car because his name wasn't on the insurance. But that was the whole reason why my son got the car isn't that what has to be done to get your license. It doesn't mean your going to drive that car forever. And the girl up front is supposed to be my husband's girlfriend some one needs to be fired she's not help full are all even tho she's fn my kids dad. Your doing this to your self stupid. ( for the girl working up front ) Becky. Rebecca. What ever. Your causing me high blood pressure attacks and the last time I checked I didn't even have high blood pressure. And she's not the only gf he has I need a lawyer it's not the technology it's the people. The do drugs. They have friends who sell drugs. Not just marijuana. And sell alcohol. It is known. So your tax money doesn't just support them it supports thier business. And a judge. And my son is a veteran.
This place deserves lower than one star. The people are very rude. I came in today because we have been waiting on my fiancées license so we can go get our marriage license. Told the lady we were waiting for it for three weeks and never got it. Well she was very rude and in fact asked me if my landlord knew I lived at my house. And told me we would have to pay again to get the license because she didnt know what happened to the first one. I hate this place. They need to hire new people.
Very poor customer service... I applied for my ID card almost a month ago still have not received it so I decided to call because the office is too far and every day for the past week the customer service line hung up on me due to "high call volume" very frustrating.
My son Hayden Finley took his test today 11-16-17. He did not pass and that's just fine because he can reschedule. I do not know the woman's name because her signature is unreadable and I wasn't present during the driving test. My problem is the woman was very rude and that putting it lightly because this is public. There is no reason to be that way , especially to kids pass or fail. He will practice and will take the test somewhere else like most I'm learning have done. If you find out who the woman is, I'd sure like to meet her and teach her that being miserable is not the way to live.
