Con: The exact location was not clear, as the web page said 5219 City Bank Pkwy, but did not include that the exact location is INSIDE City Bank itself. Had the location been a little more descriptive, this would have been a total five star experience.

Worst service ever went in for information to get my drivers license got told what to do then at test time they contradicted them selfs. and because a error on there part happened had to go home again. Please update you Internet page stating everything we need so we won't wast our time
Pro: Very pleasant, efficient service. I hit it right when there were only about five people ahead of me, with three or four people behind the counter. I'm guessing my wait time was 5 min. and service time another 5 min. The lady who waited on me was delightful and efficient. All the equipment worked flawlessly. As I was registering my vehicle, they required proof of insurance, state inspection, and my driver's license. I took along my renewal slip, but I don't think she needed it once she identified my vehicle and me. She did ask if I'd gotten any tickets, as my vehicle registration was five days overdue.
