They wont answer their phones
I have a daughter in Lubbock detention center an dehar I don't get is I put money on a GTL account so she could call me but the calls drop all the time. I called GTL and they said the inmate is hanging up which makes no sense at all they won't look into the issue all there doing is taking people's money
I never have any issues there. The people who work there are always nice and helpful.
